This system is linked to our two MOSAIX predictive dialers, an advanced product hailed as the industry's leader. By incorporating Guide & Relational Databases such as SQL we can install interactive scripts and edit transactions, a procedure that minimizes errors that could occur in manual operations. Voice mail, IVR, and call recording are also available.
