We use 2 Mitel SX 2000 Clustered fully featured PBX with TASKE Reporting software. We also have a Avaya G450 IP PBX. These system’s are linked to our two Avaya predictive dialers, an advanced product hailed as the industry's leader. By incorporating Guide & Relational Databases such as SQL we can install interactive scripts and edit transactions, a procedure that minimizes errors that could occur in manual operations. Voice mail, IVR, and call recording are also available. Our Recording capabilities are redundant with 2 servers, VoiceGate & Wygant Encore. Our backbone on each of the call centers floors is Fiber Gigabyte.
