Kimberly Casiano — President

Kimberly Casiano is President of Casiano Communications Inc., the parent company of Direct ResponSource. A Princeton graduate and Harvard Business School MBA, Ms. Casiano has vast experience in diverse areas including trade and investment promotion, retailing, management and marketing consulting, and communications and publishing. Ms. Casiano, Vice President of the Direct Marketing Association of Puerto Rico, works closely with Direct ResponSource in strategic planning and brainstorming with clients.

Monique Martínez — Operations Director

Since Joining Direct ResponSource in 1989, Ms. Martínez has been promoted from Telesales Representative (TSR) to Supervisor to Account Executive to Account Manager and finally to her current position. This experience provides a valuable combination of hands-on front-line operational experience combined with client interface and project management skills.
