The building consists of five floors with a total of 32,000 usable square feet. We have 450 modular telemarketer positions operating, many 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with the capacity for growth in the building to add over 500 more telemarketer stations.

To provide full and uninterrupted operations, the building is equipped with electrical power from a 400kw emergency generator and a 2,000-gallon diesel tank that enables the entire building to operate continuously for more than a week without refueling. We also have a 9,000-gallon water cistern in case of water emergencies. The building is fully air conditioned.
